Hurry Up Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cube margarine
1 c. sugar
1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 qt. fruit with juice
Preparation

Melt margarine in 12 x 8-inch pan in moderate oven.
Mix sugar, flour, milk, baking powder and salt.
Pour mixture into melted margarine.
Stir lightly.
Into this pour 1 quart of fruit (peaches, apples, apricots or berries, juice and all).
Distribute evenly, then bake at 350\u00b0 until crust forms on top and browns, about 30 minutes.
Spoon or cut out.
Serve with table cream, ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.
Best served warm.
