"Corny" Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 stick margarine, melted (1/2 stick works)
1 c. sour cream (I have used plain yogurt)
1 small can creamed corn
1 small can whole kernel corn, drained
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in order given.
Bake in greased 13 x 9-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for about 25 to 30 minutes or until top is slightly brown.
