Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 breakfast chops
    4 or 5 potatoes (red or white), sliced thin
    1 onion, sliced thin
    1 can mushroom soup
    gravy
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in light oil; then make gravy and set aside. In a casserole dish, put a layer of sliced potatoes, a layer of sliced onions, then potatoes and onions again.
    Arrange chops on top.
    Add soup and gravy.
    Cover with foil and bake at 375\u00b0 until potatoes are tender.
