Batter-Dipped Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large pkg. mushrooms
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 to 3 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix egg and milk.
    Mix flour and seasoned salt.
    Wash mushrooms and dip into egg and milk mixture.
    Next, place mushrooms into flour and seasonings mixture.
    Make sure to coat well.
    Place mushrooms into hot deep-fryer (such as Fry Daddy).
    Grease should be on about 300\u00b0.
    Cook mushrooms 2 to 3 minutes.
    Let cool.
    Salt and pepper may be added to taste.
