Baked Corn Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion
    1 green pepper
    1 stick oleo
    2 cans creamed corn
    1 can whole corn
    3 beaten eggs
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
    8 oz. sour cream, at room temperature
    1 c. cheese, grated
Preparation
    Saute onion and pepper in oleo.
    Add corn.
    Mix with eggs and corn muffin mix.
    Spread sour cream on top.
    Add cheese.
