Guacamole Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 ripe avocados, peeled
1 Tbsp. minced green onion
sugar to taste
garlic to taste
salt to taste
dash of Tabasco
1/2 ripe tomato, peeled
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. lemon juice
dash of Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Mash avocados with fork.
Scrape tomato pulp into avocados. Mix with onion and other ingredients.
Serve on lettuce and garnish with 2 pieces of crisp cooked tortillas.
The bright green slick skinned avocados have a better flavor, if they are available.
