Perfect Bread Pudding(Reduced Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. skim milk
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    2 c. 1-inch day old bread cubes
    1/2 c. granulated brown sugar substitute (equal to 1/2 c. brown sugar)
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. seedless raisins
Preparation
    Combine milk and eggs.
    Pour over bread cubes.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Pour mixture in 8-inch round baking dish. Place dish in shallow pan of water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes.
