Dill Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1 c. creamed cottage cheese, slightly heated
    1 Tbsp. butter or oil
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 Tbsp. minced onion (fresh or dry)
    2 tsp. dill seed
    1 egg
    2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Soften yeast in warm water for 5 minutes.
    Combine cheese, butter, sugar, salt and soda.
    Add onions, dill seed, egg and softened yeast.
    Beat well to blend thoroughly.
    Add flour; mix well.
    Cover and let rise until double (about 1 hour).
    Punch down and put in a greased loaf pan.
    Let rise 30 to 40 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Brush with butter.
