Tuna Almondine - cooking recipe

2 large potatoes, sliced lengthwise
1 Tbsp. butter
pepper
1 can evaporated milk
1 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can tuna
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
Preparation

Either scrub potatoes or peel. Slice and place in 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Dot butter on top. Pepper to taste. Place, uncovered, in microwave for 4 minutes on High. On stove, in 2-quart pan, place remaining ingredients and heat until cheese has melted. Pour over cooked potatoes and place in 350\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes. You can vary this by adding a small can of mushrooms, adding some frozen peas or both.
