Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. stew beef (1 1/2-inch pieces)
    1 clove garlic
    2 Tbsp. fat
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    dash of oregano
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    2 bay leaves
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 c. water
    1 c. onion, chopped
    6 carrots, sliced
    6 medium potatoes, cubed
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    Wondra flour
Preparation
    Brown meat in hot fat.
    Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Add water, oregano, parsley, onion, carrots, potatoes, soy sauce, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and bay leaves.
    Cover and simmer for approximately 1 hour.
    Sprinkle in Wondra flour and stir until thickened.
