Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices bread
1 lb. sausage
1 c. Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

In a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan, tear up bread and spread on bottom of pan.
Brown sausage and drain.
Spoon sausage on top of bread.
Sprinkle cheese over that.
Beat together eggs, milk and mustard.
Pour over other ingredients.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
