Cranberry Peach Chutney - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh cranberries
    1 c. apple cider
    3/4 c. light brown sugar
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    6 dried peach halves, diced
    1/3 c. golden raisins
    1/3 c. chopped crystallized ginger
    1/3 c. chopped red or yellow pepper
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1 1/2-inch piece cinnamon stick
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
    pinch of ground cloves
Preparation
    Up to 1 week before serving, in medium saucepan, heat ingredients to boiling over medium-high heat.
    Reduce heat to simmer; cook 20 minutes.
    Cool.
    Refrigerate until chilled.
    Makes 12 servings.
