Cokie'S Chicken And Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large chicken (4 to 5 lb.)
    1 c. mandarin oranges, drained
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt/pepper
    1/2 c. toasted, slivered almonds
    3/4 c. diced celery
    1 c. seedless white grapes
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley or 2/3 Tbsp. dried parsley
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. herb seasoning (optional)
Preparation
    Cook chicken, cool and pick meat.
    Discard bones.
    Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and onions.
    Add this mixture to chicken with the rest of ingredients, gently adding oranges last.
