Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 cans chicken broth
2 cans cream of potato soup
3 to 4 carrots, chopped
3 to 4 celery stalks, chopped
1 onion, chopped
Preparation

Saute carrots, celery and onion in margarine until tender.
Add chicken broth and simmer 10 minutes.
Add cream of potato soup and simmer 15 minutes.
Add cheese gradually and stir constantly or cheese will stick.
