White Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. light syrup
2 Tbsp. water
1/4 t. cream of tartar
1/4 t. salt
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients in double boiler and beat with mixer over double boiler until forms stiff peaks.
Remove from heat and add 1 t. vanilla.
