Twice-Baked Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes
    4 oz. cream cheese
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1/2 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. canned milk or enough until right consistency
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes.
    Cook until soft.
    Drain and mash potatoes.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into a baking dish. Dot with butter.
    When ready to serve, bake at 350\u00b0 until potatoes are warm.
