Microwave Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large potatoes
    1/4 c. diced onion
    1/3 stick margarine
    garlic salt to taste
    pepper
Preparation
    Peel and wash potatoes.
    Slice French fry style; drain and put in a baking dish.
    Place onion on top of potatoes and slice butter on top of onion.
    Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper.
    Cover and place in microwave for 10 minutes.
    Stir and continue cooking for an additional 10 minutes.
