Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. salad oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. walnuts
    1 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla until foamy.
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Mix with wet ingredients and blend well.
    Add pineapple, zucchini, nuts and raisins.
    Divide into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
