Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beat until foamy
    2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. oil
    2 c. grated zucchini
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix eggs, oil and sugar.
    Add 1 cup flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and baking powder.
    Add zucchini and remaining flour. Beat well; zucchini becomes part of liquid.
    Add nuts and vanilla. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until done.
