Chocolate Ice Cream Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (23.6 oz.) pkg. fudge brownies mix
    1/2 gal. ice cream, softened
    2 c. sifted powdered sugar
    2/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
    1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Prepare
    brownie mix according to package directions in a 13 x 9\tx
    2-inch
    pan.
    Let cool in pan.
    Spread ice cream over brownies.
    Freeze until hardened.
    Combine sugar and next 3 ingredients
    in
    a\tsaucepan.
    Bring
    to a boil, then reduce heat to\tmedium.
    Cook
    an
    additional 8 minutes.
    Remove from heat and stir
    in vanilla and pecans.
    Cool.
    Spread frosting over ice cream.
    Freeze.
    Remove from freezer 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
