Pickled Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. white vinegar
    32 oz. water
    1 jar jalapeno peppers
    1 handful carrots, sliced or coined
    1 small white onion
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. black pepper
    2 doz. hard-boiled eggs
    1/2 head cauliflower
    1 jar sliced jalapenos
Preparation
    Boil jalapenos for about 10 minutes and snip stems off.
    Place all ingredients in an airtight jar and let season for 7 to 10 days.
    Great for deer camps.
    Serves 1 to 24.
