Crab Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. mayo
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. soft bread, crumbled up
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Remove stems from mushrooms and chop finely.
    Put 2 tablespoons margarine or butter (melted) in glass pan.
    Place mushrooms in pan, top up.
    Mix crab (shredded into small pieces), egg, mayo, lemon juice and 1/4 cup bread crumbs.
    Stuff mushrooms. Cover with remaining bread crumbs.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 or 20 minutes.
