Lemon Cake Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 egg yolks
    3 Tbsp. soft butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 lemon (juiced) and lemon rind
    1 c. milk
    1 pastry shell
    2 egg whites
Preparation
    Beat together sugar, egg yolks and soft butter.
    Add flour. Mix well.
    Add milk.
    Beat egg whites until fluffy.
    Blend in batter mixture.
    Pour in pastry shell.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 until set (or done).
