Mary'S Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. butter
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
    Cut and press, or roll out for cookies.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until golden brown.
