Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. mashed potatoes
    1 lb. ground beef
    salt and pepper (dash of each)
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1 onion, chopped
    2 cloves crushed fresh garlic
    dash or 2 Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. brown sugar
    3 bay leaves
Preparation
    Boil potatoes.
    Brown and drain ground beef.
    Add brown sugar and caramelize into ground beef.
    Add 1 1/2 cups water, salt, pepper, diced onion, crushed garlic, Worcestershire sauce, bouillon cubes and bay leaves.
    Simmer for 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
