Savory Baked Game Hen - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 large Cornish hens
1 c. maple syrup
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme, ground

Preparation

Cut hens in halves; clean.
Place hens on baking pan, bone side down.
Mix other ingredients well and brush or spoon on hens. Bake at 350\u00b0 basting hens with juices and remaining mixture until done.
Serve with rice pilaf or saffron rice.
Serves 6.
