Homemade Pizza Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 3/4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. quick rise yeast (two 1/4 oz. packets)
    1 tsp. salt
    8 oz. lukewarm water (1 c.)
    1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine flour, yeast, salt and sugar in mixing bowl and stir. Add vegetable oil and water.
    Mix together all ingredients.
    Knead by hand for 3 minutes; shape and put in bowl. Cover and let rise until double in volume (approximately 1/2 hour).
    Punch down; divide into 2 equal pieces and shape into round balls or leave in one piece for 16-inch pizza.
    Let dough rest for 4 minutes.
    Roll out approximately 12 or 16-inches in diameter.
    Spray pizza pan lightly with no stick vegetable cooking spray and wipe off excess. Place on pizza pan; let rise for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Add sauce, toppings and cheese.
    Place on bottom rack in cold oven; turn oven to 500\u00b0 and bake 17 to 20 minutes, depending on oven.
