Velvet Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. marshmallows
    1 c. hot milk
    1 pkg. yellow gelatin
    1 c. hot water
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. whipped cream
    1 c. low-fat plain yogurt
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 pkg. red gelatin
    2 c. hot water
Preparation
    Dissolve marshmallows in hot milk.
    Let cool.
    Dissolve yellow gelatin in 1 cup hot water.
    Let cool.
    Combine yellow gelatin and marshmallows with cream cheese, whipped cream, yogurt and pineapple.
    Pour into a large pan and refrigerate to set. Dissolve red gelatin in 2 cups hot water.
    Let cool.
    Pour on yellow gelatin and marshmallow mixture.
    Refrigerate to set.
