Cabbage Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head cabbage, coarsely chopped
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook cabbage until tender. Drain well. In a saucepan, melt butter. Add flour, milk and salt, stirring until thickened.
    Add cabbage and Cheddar cheese.
    Pour into a buttered casserole and top with the crumbs which have been mixed with the melted butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until slightly browned on top.
