Honey Glazed Pork Roast With Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (6 lb.) pork loin roast
salt and pepper to taste
6 sweet potatoes
1/2 c. honey
3 tsp. grated orange rind

Preparation

Rub roast well with salt and pepper. Cut slits in fat with a sharp knife. Roast, fat side up, in a shallow pan at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
