Seafood Sauce Picante - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 pod garlic, crushed
    2 onions, chopped
    3 bunches green onions, chopped
    2 bunches parsley
    1/2 c. oil
    1 small can tomato paste
    dash of sugar (white)
    3 lb. catfish fillets
    1 doz. fresh clean crabs (optional)
    black pepper
    3 lb. medium peeled shrimp
    salt
    red pepper
Preparation
    Saute vegetables in oil.
    Add tomato paste.
    Add dash of sugar and let boil.
    Add rest of ingredients and let simmer for 30 to 45 minutes.
    If too watery, add 1 tablespoon of flour, dissolved in water, to thicken.
    Serves 12 to 15.
    Serve over rice.
