Oatmeal Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sour milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    2 c. rolled oats
Preparation
    Mix sugar and shortening.
    Add beaten eggs, milk, sifted dry ingredients and rolled oats.
    Stir only enough to mix.
    Spoon into greased muffin pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
    Makes about 18 muffins.
