Whipped Cream Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. heavy cream
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. cake flour
2 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
Preparation

Whip the heavy cream until slightly thickened and fold in the sugar. Fold in the eggs and vanilla. Sift the flour with the baking powder and salt and fold into the creamed mixture.
Place in 2 greased layer pans or 1 loaf pan. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven and cool. Fill and frost with Seven-Minute Icing.
