Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
 
2 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
3 c. grated apples (on large grater)
1 c. pecans
Preparation
- 
                            Sift
 
dry ingredients together.
Add apples alternately with flour.
Add 1 cup pecans.
Bake in tube pan, greased and floured, at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
