Seafood Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. or more linguini
1/4 c. olive oil
3 to 4 cloves garlic or powder
1 small onion
8 oz. sea legs (imitation crabmeat)
Mrs. Dash or Italian seasoning to taste
Preparation

Cook linguini in boiling water.
Drain.
Meanwhile, saute garlic and onion in olive oil until soft, but not brown.
Toss all ingredients together in pot.
Add sea legs and more oil as needed. Season with Mrs. Dash or Italian seasoning to taste.
Serve warm. Add broccoli if desired.
