Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. horseradish
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Drain, debone and skin salmon.
    Mix all ingredients together and chill.
    Shape into a ball and roll in 1/2 cup chopped pecans and 3 tablespoons chopped parsley.
