Italian Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean hamburg
    2 medium zucchini
    2 medium eggplant
    1 or 2 green peppers
    1 medium onion
    salt to taste
    garlic powder to taste
    1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    4 slices American cheese, cut in strips
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute hamburg and drain. Cut up vegetables and place in large baking pan.
    Place hamburg on top of veggies. Pour spaghetti sauce over all.
    Spread Mozzarella cheese, then American cheese in strips then sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Cover loosely with foil. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Prepare a day ahead and reheat for most flavor.
