Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Minute steaks, cut in strips
    flour
    1 c. butter
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 green peppers, sliced
    2 onions, sliced
    3 small tomatoes, chopped
    some sliced mushrooms
    1 1/2 c. beef bouillon
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3/4 c. red cooking wine
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Dip steak strips in flour.
    In large skillet, saute steak in 1/2 the butter for about 2 minutes.
    Remove meat.
    Add remaining butter to skillet and saute peppers, onion, garlic and mushrooms 5 minutes; add tomatoes and bouillon.
    Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
    Mix cornstarch, wine and soy sauce.
    Add to skillet.
    Cook, stirring until thickened.
    Add meat.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Serve with rice.
