Oven Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. Tapioca granules
    2 lb. stew meat, lean
    1 large onion, chopped
    6 carrots, sliced
    1 stalk celery, sliced
    2 potatoes, cut in chunks
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Sprinkle tapioca into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
    Add meat, onion, carrots, celery and potatoes.
    Sprinkle with salt and sugar.
    Pour tomato juice over the mixture.
    Cover with foil and bake at 250\u00b0 for 4 hours.
