Quick Franks And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot dogs
    1 medium onion
    1 medium bell pepper
    6 medium potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Put small amount cooking oil in oblong Pyrex dish.
    Peel and slice onion.
    Clean bell pepper and slice.
    Put onion and bell pepper in dish; place in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Let cook lightly.
    While this is cooking, peel and quarter potatoes and simmer in pot on top of stove.
    Don't cook potatoes until done, just so they can be stuck with a fork very slightly.
    Add potatoes to onion and pepper; add the hot dogs that have been cut into 3 pieces each. Add tomato sauce, plus 1/2 can water.
    Cook until potatoes and dogs are done, about 20 minutes.
