Baked Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can English peas, drained
    1 tsp. minced onion (dry)
    2 c. cooked chicken or turkey, diced
    3 c. skim milk
    1 stalk celery, diced
    1 can olives, diced
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    1/2 c. croutons, crushed
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 bell pepper, diced
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a large stew pan.
    Completely dissolve the flour.
    Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Pour into a casserole dish.
    Sprinkle the croutons on top of the casserole and the Parmesan on the croutons.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Place under the broiler a minute or so to brown lightly.
