Lunchtime Chicken And Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. Good Seasons Oriental sesame salad dressing mix
1/2 c. each: frozen peas, carrots, cauliflower, corn and broccoli
1/2 c. cooked chicken breast, cut in pieces*
2 Tbsp. sliced almonds (raw)
Preparation

Combine the peas, carrots, cauliflower, corn and broccoli in a microwave-safe bowl.
Cover and microwave on High for 7 to 8 minutes or until all vegetables are heated through.
Carefully uncover and add chicken, oil and seasoning mix.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Toss gently and serve immediately.
Makes 2 servings.
