Beef Tips On Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sirloin steak, cut in 1/4-inch strips
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 stick butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. water
    1 small can mushrooms
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion in butter.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer 40 minutes or until tender.
    Serve over hot rice.
    Serves 4.
