Waybury Hot Fruit Compote - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. prunes
    1/2 c. peaches
    1 1/2 c. applesauce
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    juice of 1/2 lemon and rind, chopped
    1/2 c. pears
    1/2 c. pineapple
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Place in casserole.
    Cover and bake at 250\u00b0 for at least 1 hour before serving.
    The longer it bakes, the better it is.
