Shrimp Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) soft cream cheese
    1 small can broken shrimp
    1 small lemon
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Smash shrimp with a fork; squeeze lemon juice over shrimp.
    Set aside.
    Cream together sour cream and cream cheese; mix in celery and onions.
    Stir in shrimp.
    Sprinkle pepper over top for decoration.
    Best if chilled 2 or more hours before serving.
    Serve with Town House crackers.
