Pasta With Basil And Sweet Pepper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
1 medium red or yellow pepper, finely chopped
1 large garlic clove, minced or pressed
1/3 c. water
1 chicken bouillon cube
2 Tbsp. fresh basil, chopped or 1 tsp. dried
1 tsp. red wine vinegar
7 oz. pasta, cooked and drained
Preparation

In skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
Add garlic and pepper; saute 3 minutes.
Add water, bouillon cube and basil; bring to boil.
Reduce heat; simmer 4 minutes.
Remove from heat; stir in vinegar.
Toss with pasta.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
