Kris Kringles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. light Karo syrup
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. peanut butter
    6 c. Rice Krispies
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 c. butterscotch chips
Preparation
    Mix together Karo syrup and sugar in a large saucepan; bring to a boil.
    Add peanut butter; stir until well blended.
    In a large bowl, mix the peanut butter mixture with the Rice Krispies. Stir to coat.
    Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan; cool.
    Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in a double boiler.
    Frost the Rice Krispie mixture with the melted chips.
    When cool, cut into squares.
