Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 clove garlic
    2 Tbsp. onion
    mushrooms (optional)
    broccoli, spinach or zucchini (optional)
    ham or turkey (optional), cooked and cubed
    6 eggs
    1 (15 oz.) can evaporated milk
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    2 deep dish pie shells
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion, garlic and optional vegetables in butter.
    Beat together eggs and milk.
    Add cheeses.
    Add vegetables and/or meat. Stir together and pour into pie shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
