Zesty Winter Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 c. (4 medium) carrots
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/4 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
    1 1/2 to 2 c. (1/2 lb.) Brussels sprouts
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 to 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley, if desired
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In medium saucepan, cook carrots in boiling, salted water for 10 minutes.
    Add Brussels sprouts and continue cooking for 10 minutes more or until crisp-tender. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup cooking liquid.
    Place vegetables and reserved liquid in 1 1/2-quart baking dish or casserole; toss lightly to combine.
