Carne Empanada - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. soda cracker crumbs
    1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Wash meat and cut into strips.
    Beat meat to tenderize. Combine cloves of garlic and pepper.
    Marinate the meat with these ingredients.
    Chill meat in refrigerator for a while.
